Job Description :

- Preparation of monthly financials MIS

- Financial Analysis and Management Reporting for timely management assessment of Year end profits forecast and strategy

- Co-ordination with Rating agencies for their data requirement and rating validation

- Preparation of various presentations for Board Meeting, Audit Committee Meeting and Investors Projections and Budgeting for availing finance and borrowing requirement

- Handling Audits, understanding and resolving the queries of the auditors

- Half Yearly results to Stock Exchange

- Various analysis based on RBI prudential norms

- Filing of various Financial Annual, Monthly and Quarterly returns of Dubai, UK, Singapore and Hong kong subsidiaries

- Ratio analysis, variance analysis and Comparative analysis of company financial performance
