Manager - MIS & Budgeting - CA/MBA/CFA

The person will be responsible for management reporting, enterprise and departmental KPI monitoring and annual budgeting exercise.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor Enterprise KPIs that can drive performance across the organization. Create budgets for various departments that align with the Enterprise Targets

- Track variance of actual performance vs budgets and work with the financial controller to ensure the operations remain within budget

- Help develop the philosophy of capital allocation

- Publish various reports that help in decision making such as Enterprise KPIs, Departmental Cost Reports, Variance Analysis etc, Route Profitability, Cargo Profitability, Charter Profitability etc.

- Drive various IT initiatives such as Data lake, automated Dashboards, SAP cost centre creation etc.
