1. Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by all of Finance during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review.
2. Responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
a. Understand and facilitate the integration of business processes, people, and relevant technology, in order to identify, configure, and communicate useful information, and to provide practical business leadership to drive business decision making across the company.
b. Monitor the profitability and make recommendations to the Top Management for actions.
c. Keeps track with developments in all area of the business especially in the area related to Margin Analysis, Trade and consumer spending, overhead and currency fluctuation.
d. Identify non-value added processes within the department and seeks solutions.
3. Creating, designing, implementing complete Strategic and Management Information System at all levels of review.
a.Financial planning- preparing annual operating budgets and a functional breakdown of all targets.
b. Forecast-based planning - multi-year financial planning for robust capital allocation across business units;
c. Performing Situation analysis and competitive assessment;
d. Strategic planning - researching and analysing industries, companies and providing input to strategic plans.
4. Responsible for the Balanced Score Card Framework for measurement and review - implementing and reviewing the individual cycles for all functions and across the organization.
a. Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analysis and recommendations.
b. Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing the project budget.
c. Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
5. Approving designs of process & program transformation through software or otherwise - by analysing requirements; signing off/ constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities.
a. Identifies improvements to systems, processes & controls by studying current practices; approving design modifications.
6. Support special project studies on new businesses, Co-packing & Co- manufacturing with long-term profitability studies
7. Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
8. Continuous feedback and review with ground teams.
