Designation: Manager (Merger & Acquisition)

Qualification: CA/MBA (Finance)

Location: Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION

REQUIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

- Responsible for diligently supporting various M&A activities

- Consistently meeting deadline on client work and responsible for timely execution of assignments in Transaction support

- Role will be responsible for deal evaluation, financial analysis/financial modeling, due diligence, investment memorandum preparation and deal execution.

- Role involves advisory related to various modes of due diligence, valuation and restructuring of businesses, post investment/consulting/internaI audit assignments.

- Preparation of presentations for senior management of the client. Participation/leading in/of discussion with senior management team of investor and target companies

- Support in pitching for new clients – undertaking a detailed study to identify possible restructuring ideas/ opportunities

- Will be involved in end-to-end deal process

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications

ABILITY TO TRAVEL

Travel throughout the month frequently required based on client requests/commitments.
