A Leading Big4 Company is looking for a Manager- Mergers & Acquisition Tax
Location: Hyderabad
The tasks, roles and responsibilities concerned with the job will include the following:
- End to end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness
- Conducting due diligence on targets
- Advise clients on tax-efficient restructurings
- Day to day Strategy and Planning
- Client relationship management
- Interaction with Government authorities
- MIS Management
- People management
- Business development (Manager and above - targets set only for SM and above)
- Travel involved (not for associate/ AM)
Experience:
Big 4 M&A/ Tax/ Corporate Finance / legal firm having restructuring practice
Qualification:
- CA
- Candidates with International tax certifications will have an added advantage
Essential Skills:
- Thorough technical knowledge on M&A practices, Tax and Corporate Law
- Basic excel, presentation and report writing skills
- Client handling
- Ability to learn
