2. Deal evaluation and strengthening M&A database.

3. M&A diligence: Co-ordination and driving the process.

4. Weekly news flow/analysis on regular basis.

5. Support with modelling and analysis in respect to prospective deals and during diligence proc.

6. In depth research and thought paper creation and support.
