Merger and Acquisition investment - Manager

- Develop a deep understanding of offerings & strengths to identify potential investment areas - organic and inorganic

- Work with partners and business teams to understand their growth needs

- Undertake an in-depth analysis of the potential acquisition opportunities, including but not limited to financials, product-demos (along with technical & business teams), industry & market studies, synergy analysis, etc.

- Jointly develop an investment thesis for the leadership, including a business plan with a growth case

- Track the post-investment health of the business, ROI metrics, etc.

- Assist in investment budgeting exercises for optimal capital allocation

- Lead and coordinate post-merger integration for inorganic investments

- Engage in other projects of strategic importance to the firm

Who can apply:

- MBA from premier institutes, Chartered Accountants (with Big 4 articleship experience),

- Post MBA or Post-Qualification experience of 4 years minimum

- Successful end-to-end deal experience mandatory (experience developing deal collaterals and financial models, overseeing diligence, negotiating deal terms, finalising deal documentation, overseeing closing activities, post-merger integration, etc.)

- Someone who takes initiative and can get work done with minimal supervision

- In-depth & working knowledge of financial statements, financial modelling and valuation

- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience working with PowerBI, and other visualisation tools preferred

- Strong analytical skills and ability to spot anomalies and trends in mounds of data

- Ability to work hard, under tight timelines
