Job Responsibilities :
- Analysis of potential acquisition and investment prospect perform complex financial modeling.
- Implementation of strategic acquisition, operational, strategic fit.
- Conduct end-to-end M&A process including valuation, legal and due diligence transactions.
- Prepare presentation on deals risk, return and final recommendations to management.
- Designing and integrating cost forecast model for M&A model for pro - forma merger analysis and fit assessment, using DCF, Comparable, and precedents.
Desired Profile :
Skills Required :
- Should have done end to end deal prepositions for US Companies.
- Responsible for entire M&A Cycle.
Qualification Required :
- Masters Degree/MBA
- At least 3 -8 years of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Strategy, Strategic Account Management etc
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
EXPERIENCE : - At least 3 years of experience into M&A
