- End to end handling of M&A deals

- Evaluating Target companies for acquisition/ valuation /Financial Modelling

- Due diligence /Transaction documents

- Working with Strategy Consultants and Financials consultants /Investment bankers

- Strategy formulation

- Scanning the land scape for identification for new business opportunities

- Formulating Entry strategy into new businesses

- Assist the management for a new JV partner

- Business and Profitability analysis of Existing business verticals

- Spot the ongoing trend in business both in India and abroad

- Inter firm comparison of the industry peers

- Annual report analysis

- Financial planning and analysis

- Other jobs responsibilities which may evolve over time
