- Leading and managing projects, including tasks like developing business plans, conducting due diligence, negotiating agreements

- Identifying new development opportunities in alignment with corporate objectives, support high-level investment decisions, and ensure compliance with internal governance rules and strategic alignment.

- Additionally, cultivate relationships with potential business partners, gather market intelligence, and actively contribute to information communication within the organisation.

- As part of the responsibilities, the candidate will also lead due diligence processes, coordinate with various stakeholders, and be accountable for the profit and loss of developing new businesses.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA or MBA (Finance) with 2-3 years of experience across valuation techniques, IRR calculations and analysis, preparing revenue projections and financial modelling.

2. Experience in M&A including post-merger integration.

3. Exposure working in the strategy team.
