Job Title: M&A Integration Manager

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Brief & Responsibilities:

This position would help program manage M&As post-acquisition. Would be responsible for supporting the Company's Strategy and M&A initiatives and strategic planning. Creative analysis, independent thought, and a proactive approach to adding value to the organization are key elements of this position.

Responsibilities:

- Manage all M&A integrations and deliver M&A engagements across the entire M&A lifecycle

- Establish Integration Management framework. Build integration strategy, process, and action plans.

- Provide clear direction and take quick decisions to facilitate groups

- Create strong relationship between the two businesses

- Participate in due diligence and understand the strategic objectives for evaluating the integration plans, risks and challenges.

- Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.

- Excellent communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
