We are hiring for a tier 1 consulting client for multiple M&A roles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in target screening, due diligence, post-merger integration, synergy evaluation, and portfolio interventions.

- Ensure timely execution of deliverables by defining delivery goals and monitoring the execution.

- Perform full scale M&A activities including Commercial Due diligence (CDD), Target Screening, Post Merger Integration, Technology Due Diligence (TDD) etc.

- Collaborate with leadership team of clients as well as all other key stakeholders.

- Monitor the performance of the merged entity post-transaction, tracking key performance indicators, and making adjustments as needed to achieve strategic objectives and maximize value creation.

- Prepare RFP documents by collaborating with clients.

- Developing a comprehensive integration plan to facilitate the seamless integration of the acquired company into the acquiring organization, including aligning processes, systems, and cultures.

- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the M&A process, including drafting and negotiating legal agreements, managing regulatory approvals, and addressing any legal issues that may arise.

- Identifying and sourcing potential acquisition targets or merger partners through market research, networking, and other means.

Qualifications:

- MBA from a premier institute with 3.5 plus years of relevant experience
