Manager-Merchant Acquisition

Merchant Acquisition team member is a critical position within Mobile Commerce Business responsible for setting up the eco system for acquiring Merchants for both BC Model & prepaid payment Business, setting up back office process, settlement process with Merchants in conjunction with Finance team. Position will report on to the Head Mobile Commerce Business for time being.

- Acquire both National level & remote Merchants through Aggregators

- Acquire national & Remote Direct Merchants

- Develop end to end process for on boarding

- Implement process by working with Technology partner & the product development team

- Participate in UAT

- Work with Merchants to create attractive deals specific to Idea Money customers .

- Periodically provide MIS with key KPI's & manage merchant Through outs

Develop process with F&A, Back office team to settle merchants as per agreed/regulatory settlement cycles. Escalate cases where settlement pending with relevant internal teams to keep merchant relationship healthy
