Job Description / Responsibilities
NSDL Payments Bank will be offering its digital payment solutions to clients across B2B and B2C space.
The following are the roles and responsibilities:
- The candidate will be expected to identify suitable entities having the desired product capabilities and/or merchant relationships and strike partnerships.
- Partner with large Merchant bodies and offer bespoke solutions for unique segment-specific needs
- Work closely with partners and NSDL Payments Bank's sales teams to understand specific requirements and/or needs and accordingly pitch our payment products to the target merchants.
- Build an independent channel for distribution of NSDL Payments Bank's digital payments solutions
- Identify opportunities to increase business at a partner level
- Responsible for a high level of client experience and satisfaction.
Desired profile of the candidate
- 3 to 5 years+ of experience in the business development role
- Experience of Merchant Acquiring, digital payments, UPI Merchant Payments
- Strong written and oral communications skills, proven ability to handle partnerships and customers
- Experience of channel management
- Strong and proven networking skills
- Confident, self-motivated and have a positive attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills and good process -facilitating
- Target driven and goal-oriented.
