- Owning site merchandizing operational planning, analysis, and process along with offer operations and related process design
- Optimise for monthly merchandising and event planning for the category
- Own merchandising requirements in terms of offer creation in BAU & sale events
- Develop and implement an effective site plan covering marketing campaigns, promotional events, and periodic content updates.
- Drive appreciable improvement in product curation, site navigation, search, on-site customer segmentation & personalization to drive engagement and conversion across platforms.
- Measure & influence the key business drivers for example, campaign, mass mail, personalization, app notifications, and top search metrics
