- Write the seasonal category strategy
- Deliver gross and net margin as per plan
- To deliver in-season actions that maximize sales and profit opportunities.
- Develop and deliver the category strategy (bottom up) and the agreed financial and performance targets.
- Proposal and delivery of planned product catalogue. Manage range and price hierarchy
- Achieve right product mix, stock depth/width and availability targets
- Analysis of commercial information by department to influence category planning and in season trade.
- Agree and manage critical path from buying to making stock available for the customer.
- Planning promotional activity aligned to op plan and marketing.
- Exploit new systems and processes.
- Deliver on stock commitment.
- Control in season costs.
- OTB Planning and Weekly in-season tracking.
- Relationship management with UK Buying teams, product teams, marketing, IT and supply chain.
Salary offered: 12 - 20 LPA
