We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media Sales Manager with expertise in OOH (Out-of-Home) and DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) advertising to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in media sales, strong industry connections, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisitions.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Sales:


- Identify and secure new business opportunities for OOH and DOOH advertising.


- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brands, media agencies, and advertisers.


- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.


Client & Agency Relationship Management:


- Engage with media planners, buyers, and brand marketers to pitch innovative advertising solutions.


- Provide insights and consultation on effective OOH & DOOH campaigns based on client needs.


- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. Campaign Planning & Execution.


- Work with internal teams to develop customized advertising packages.


- Oversee the execution and monitoring of OOH & DOOH campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met.


- Analyze campaign performance and provide post-campaign reports to clients


Market Research & Competitive Analysis:


- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and market developments in OOH & DOOH.


- Analyze competitor activities and devise strategic sales plans accordingly.


Experience: 5-10 years in media sales, advertising, or business development, with a strong focus on OOH & DOOH.


Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the OOH & DOOH landscape, market trends, and emerging

technologies.


Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills, a proven ability to close high-value deals, and an extensive

industry network.


Communication: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and relationship management skills.


Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret sales data, track campaign performance, and provide client insights.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field (preferred)
