Marketing : Media Planning & PR : Annual Operating Plan

1. Assist in the development of the marketing plan aligned to the overall business plan

2. Cascade the overall marketing plan to the agencies in the development of the development of overall media and PR plan

3. Review the developed plan for the year campaign / collection wise, budget and manpower requirements and rejig the budget basis the approvals

4. Consolidate the proposed annual media buy-ins & coordinate with the media agencies to evaluate cost saving opportunities based on economies of scale Media Planning & PR : Media / PR Planning

1. Provide the marketing brief (campaign level) to the agencies (media / PR / outdoor) for the campaign / collection for the development of the detailed plan

2. Evaluate the plan developed by the agencies basis the media analytics presented (cost / walk-ins) and provide inputs to refine the plan to ensure its alignment to the defined target

3. Garner required approvals from the appropriate stakeholders for finalisation on the plan and the targets in liaison with the agencies

4. Liaison with media / PR agencies for undertaking planning for real time business scenarios / requirements

Marketing : Media Planning & PR : Plan execution and performance monitoring

1. Review the PR content created by the agencies to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with the brand

2. Liaison with the brand team for the creatives and oversee the placement of the ads. as per the plan, and the brand guidelines

3. Coordinate with the commercial team for periodic tracking of the budget on a periodic basis in and payment of invoices to the vendors

4. Evaluation of the campaign for its effectiveness and undertake midcourse correction as per the requirements

5. Review the variance in the planned vs actuals, learnings and way forward post the completion of the campaign in liaison with the vendor

Marketing : Media Planning & PR : Agency / Celebrity Management

1. Identify the agencies / celebrities' basis their offerings, capabilities to partner with the firm

2. Negotiate with the agencies / celebrities on the rates within the recommended budget range & empanel them in line with the recommended guidelines

3. Manage the relationship with the vendors and evaluate the vendor performance against the agreed statement of work and determine appropriate actions
