Looking for Manager- Media Planning to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
- Media Strategy: Develop media strategies that align with the overall marketing and advertising objectives of the organization.
- Audience Research: Conduct research to identify and understand the target audience, including their demographics, preferences, and media consumption habits.
- Media Selection: Choose the most suitable media channels and platforms for advertising, which can include digital, print, television, radio, outdoor, and social media.
- Budget Management: Create and manage media budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across various media channels.
- Media Buying: Negotiate and purchase advertising space or time slots with media vendors and partners.
- Campaign Planning: Develop detailed media plans that include the timing, frequency, and placement of advertisements to maximize reach and impact.
- Ad Creative Coordination: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that ad content aligns with the selected media channels and is optimized for each platform.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of media campaigns, including reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Optimization: Continuously refine media strategies and plans based on performance data and market trends.
- Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging media technologies to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to provide updates, insights, and recommendations related to media planning.
Skills and Qualifications:
- MBA (Marketing) full time with around 4 -8 years of Media Planning experience ideally in a FMCG or media agency
- B2C exposure in sales Organization
- Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of various media channels and their effectiveness in reaching specific target audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
- Budget Management: Ability to manage budgets effectively and allocate resources for optimal results.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying strategies and campaign results to clients or team members.
