Role & Responsibilities:
Specifically focus on the market launch for fulfilling the following objectives:
Product Portfolio Competitiveness :
- Understanding right comparison benchmarks for techno-commercial mapping, gap identification and launching of new products.
- Leading the ideation to innovation development process for identified strategic opportunities for the brand. End-to-end handling of product launch in liaison with cross-functional team of Sales, Service, Influencer engagement, R & D, Legal & SCM
- Identification of possible usage spaces that can be commercially unlocked - either increase in usage or better solution of the usage problem - by a premium innovation to the product portfolio
- Creating a differentiation in terms of products and tools (Managing POSM and demo Product Literature, testimonial AVs, Specification sheets etc.) which are relevant and meaningful for the target segment and drive awareness and usage of company offerings in the-segment.
- Create, deploy and execute the entire training program for internal teams, influencer segment & OEMs to drive the awareness and trials for the brand.
- Formulating future strategies in terms of expansion, segmentation, pricing, project launch, promotion, service etc. to ensure that the brand and the category stays ahead of the curve.
Job Requirements :
- MBA - From Any Wood Paint / Adhesive / Construction Chemical Industry
- Understanding of the wood coating segment of paints / allied industries.
- Have worked in similar industries which have a deep connect with OEMs, wood coating segments which translate into meaningful product and service offerings for the target consumers.
- High on customer orientation and sound knowledge of local and global category nuances
- Individual contributor role as of now with the ability to create impact through influence.
