Looking for MARKETING MANAGER - Weddings for our client - an established multinational company for their soon to be launched venture in the wedding space.
CORE ROLE
- Building & execution of the Customer Acquisition Plan
- Positioning the company as a - Wedding Products & Services Expert- among the TG
- Development & management of a HNI Customer Database
- Creation of the Company's Customer Presentation
- Development and execution of Barter programs with media
- Development and execution of Partner programs with on ground partners
CONSUMER
- Development of Consumer Insights
- Development of the Social & Digital marketing program
- Development of the Advertising material
- Development of Collateral material for partners etc
- Tracking of Consumer Feedback
DATABASE
- Development & ownership of a HNI customer database
- Identification & management of database partners
- Screening & validation of the HNI database
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Marketing Director & marketing team for inputs on the overall marketing plan
- Brand Head & team for inputs on the plan and material from brands
- Digital Director & digital team for inputs and execution of the social & digital marketing plan & development of the customer presentation
- Editor & editorial team for inputs on the curation & content for the presentation and the marketing plan
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
PERSONALITY/OTHER:
- Female may be preferable given the nature of business
- Has personality to inspire confidence & wield influence in a matrix system
- Genuine interest in the HNI wedding market
- Needs to be customer focussed to drive marketing programs
- Needs to have personal exposure to weddings and affluent buying behaviour
- Needs to have an existing vendor network and an interest in developing it further
- Independent and self motivated
- Needs to be highly organised with top time management skills
- Willing to travel
- Creative in thought process and approach
- Would be Bombay based
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years post education work experience
- Expected to be over 30 years of age
- Knowledge of affluent buying behaviour, wedding business, categories and brands
- Experience in database management would be a strong positive
- Ability to work collaboratively across the matrix structure & stakeholders
