A Management Graduate with Footwear / Leather Technology specialization, from a premier institute would be preferred.
- Design and Develop strategies to establish Domestic Market (India) through various channels like institutional sales, retail sale and e-commerce etc. for leather products.
- Responsible for the management of trade -specific product programs for Brand Fixed Operations growth and sustainment strategy
- Financial Management of capital, incomes & expenditures, cash flows, sale price determination, report analysis, company net worth & valuations, fund allocation for different departments, taxation, audit, investments, banking & statutory obligations
- Monitor pricing, quality and delivery of products to ensure that these criteria are up to the standard requirement
- Support the product development and design teams to share latest updates, trends for new product development
- Partner with cross-functional teams: Design, Merchandising & Technical Design to work on improvement projects
- Leading India sales team members to achieve sales target establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- To direct Sales Business Development Team and establish coverage, Distribution and Display objectives in line with Business Plan
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
