Job Title: Marketing Manager - Steel Slag Conditioner

Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Steel Plants SMS division

Qualification: B.Tech in Metallurgy (Mandatory).

Salary: - 12.00 Lac - 18.00 Lac per annum

Key Points:

- Strong understanding of Steel Making/SMS/Secondary steel making in terms of Plant operations, Technical aspects, and Processes.

- Knowledge of application and impact of Various Slag Conditioners (such as Calcium Aluminate, Briquette, High Al Slag conditioners) in Steel making.

- Familiarity with the benefits of slag conditioners, including reducing aluminum usage, optimizing slag chemistry, and enhancing steel properties.

- Proficiency in chemistry and processes related to secondary steel making and cost analysis.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Will be responsible for driving Steel Slag Conditioner Marketing efforts.

- Willingness to travel extensively (at least 15-20 days a month) to various steel plants to execute marketing strategies, secure orders, conduct trials, and establish long-term customer relationships.

Base Location: Jharsuguda
