Job Description:
- To provide accurate flow of information, analysis & actions required to ensure market shares and volume increase as per budget defined with the Commercial Director
- Monitor the region and branches sales activities and review their commercial performance as per EXIM budget
- Evaluate the trades, market and competition and identify new potential markets and clients within the regions, considering an Import/Export balance
- Follow up on Customer Portfolios in MIF to be updated by the branches (volume, target etc. for each account manager in line with the vessel allocation & budget that needs to be achieved per branch per Zone
- Monitor proper updating and use of internal tools i.e. the MIF, etc.
- Also develop format standardization across the board
- Ensure statistics up-dating and analysis and provide comprehensive and regular PAN INDIA Market Surveys
- As a Marketing Manager, you develop marketing tools and implant a dashboard management
- Exude the Image & Culture of the organization and promote the same within the Agency
- Manage the effectiveness and performance of the Asst. Managers reporting to you across the management Zones
- Monitor regularly and constantly improve E-commerce & MUST penetration for the Agency
The Successful Candidate:
- Postgraduate degree
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in maritime activities in head office or an agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication and also good administrative and reporting skills
- Good negotiator and have confirmed Managerial Skills
- Possess a good MS Office tools/ LARA/MIRA/DIVA Literacy
- Based in Mumbai and comfortable with the requirement to travel frequently.
