Manager - Marketing - Salon Business

Job Description - Handling the day to day aspects of the salon Marketing including Campaign Management, Vendor coordination & executing ATL & BTL activities for the brand.

Description : 

- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to align on all new product launches and commercial launches.

- Gather business intelligence on category market trends and share best practices.

- Innovate the consumer experience across all salon touchpoints with a strong focus on trial and service.

- Develop mix of tactics that strengthens brand relevance, meets sales goals and is consistent with brand strategies.

- Lead communication between Marketing and Sales - facilitate and lead calls and meetings, and work to build consensus and alignment across departments.

- Lead the creation of sales materials (presentations and products used to sell in new launches, business development tools prospecting materials).

Profile :

- Passion for Beauty & wellness industry.

- Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take complete ownership of projects.

- Must have ability to think strategically and to conceptualize and implement new ideas.

- Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.

- Ability to identify, prioritize and adjust to multiple needs.

- Excellent cross-functional coordination and project management skills
