- We are hiring Executive profiles for one of the biggest Management Consulting firm accross the globe.
- This department has deep expertise in delivering Digital Transformations, Sales & Operations Planning, Platform Transformation, Spare Parts & Warranty Management, Service Process Excellence, Connected Vehicles, Dealer performance Management, Process Automation & Digitization, Software Enablement, Zero Based Spend & Spend analysis, Peer Benchmarking, Value Architecture, Process Improvement, IoT and Industry.
As a part of the team, you'll help drive the following:
- Harness extensive industry knowledge, people, and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions.
- Work collaboratively with customer stakeholders to provide in depth date analysis, reports & effectively communicate insights.
- End to End management co-ordination of the project (PMO) and responsible for the successful completion of the project within a stipulated budget.
- Handle Digital Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Quote (RFQs) end-to-end, manage Pre-sales activities.
- Responsible for creating all customer deliverables and commercials for the pursuit including deal structuring, response management, and bid management.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives; handle client visit, partner/ analyst relationship, etc.
- Understanding of Digital trends around customer, employee and immersive experiences.
- Perform research and collect data on industry, market, companies, and competitors and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
- Comprehensive experience in producing high quality Go-To-Market (GTM), Point of Views (POV) and client presentations.
Required Skill Set:
- MBA from Tier 1 and 2 business school.
- Must have Industry Expertise in Automotive around functions such as-
- Sales
- Aftersales (Customer Service)
- Dealerships
- Production and Logistics
- Warranty
- Spare Parts
- Procurement and Supply Chain
- 8-12 years of progressive work experience in Consulting firms/ OEMs in the Automotive domain.
- Prior project or work experience in CRM/ Digital/ Sales/ Marketing.
- Good knowledge of Automotive sales/ marketing/ aftersales.
- Experience in design, optimization, and implementation of business process.
- Program Management: Involves effectively planning, managing, and coordinating multiple projects in a dynamic environment with numerous and complex stakeholders' groups and execute on-time and on budget.
- Should have hands-on experience of web content management, marketing analytics tools, marketing functions, etc.
- Drawing on extensive knowledge and experience across marketing or analytical projects to provide insightful, deal-relevant points of view and recommendations based on robust analysis.
- Active role in the identification of opportunities by farming existing relationships and growing new networks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
