Purpose of the position/role : - Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets &amp; driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals &amp; managing team to achieve them - Handling promotional activities &amp; in shop promotions for enhancing market visibility - Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends - Proactively involved in customer interaction &amp; extensive feedback management to ensure high levels of customer service &amp; satisfaction Key responsibilities include but not limited to: - Brand Strategy : Sets up new brand strategies on communication in liaison with Marketing &amp; Brand Heads - ATL &amp; BTL Advertising : Directs creation of advertising campaigns &amp; steering the execution of media plans. Adept at coordinating and communicating with advertising agency, media agency, digital agency, sales teams, stores and vendors towards planning &amp; execution of overall marketing efforts. Follows up with Campaign tracking, measurement, evaluation and reporting on all activity. - Content : Creates &amp; Manages content for official brand press releases, promotional copy &amp; website content. - Participate in creation of a marketing plan in line with the annual business plan for the Brand. Marketing plan will span across mediums like - new media assets, Digital, Print, Outdoor, Direct marketing, CRM, Events &amp; Activations, PR etc. - Manage the execution of the marketing plan in the most effective and timely manner - Keep an eye on the brand track/performance and other KPIs - Track competition marketing and manage innovative ideas as a leader in the category - Customer Acquisition &amp; Engagement : i. Mall to footfall conversions through events, activities, promotions and innovative engagement ideas at the stores ii. Analyze customer recruitment &amp; engagement patterns with the brand iii. Evaluate new media options for customer engagement and experience at the point of sales - Marketing Communications : i. Creating integrated marketing programs &amp; retail activation programs. ii. Ensure brand visibility through the correct media mix, alliances working within defined budgets iii. Work with the right set of influencers within the brand environment to create a buzz and positive circle of influence- Young/cool/ living in their space iv. Ensure all brand related communication is standardized and in line with the global standards. v. Drive campaigns, contests and online content for Brand's social media initiatives. - Events &amp; Sponsorships : Works on finding, selecting and managing meaningful brand associations. Manages event supply chain &amp; ensures that brand interests are fulfilled in such associations. Coordinates company representation at relevant conferences and exhibitions. Internal Customer Management : Liaises with strategic partners, internal stakeholders and key customers. - Brand Representation to Higher Management : Plays key role in conceptualizing, developing and presenting brand presentation modules to higher management for internal representations at various forums. Skills &amp; Experiences : - 8-10 years of experience in Online &amp; Offline marketing - Experience in retail industry (preferred) - Good written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand - Up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and market trends - Customer focused for a positive customer experience and resolution Educational Qualification/other qualification : - MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a Tier 1 business school Critical traits / competencies for succeeding in the role and organization's environment: - Adaptable, Problem solving, Ownership, Initiative, Ethical - Impatience, Indecisiveness Salary Offered : 12-18LPA
