Job Title: Retail Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our retail marketing strategy for our luxury multi-designer brand. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention and loyalty through innovative BTL and digital marketing strategies, as well as implementing in-store marketing initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales.

Job Description:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive retail marketing plan to drive traffic and sales across all retail channels, including online and offline

- Conceptualize and execute BTL marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and acquire new customers, including events, activations, promotions and collaborations

- Implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic and acquire new customers across all digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM and online advertising

- Manage and execute in-store marketing initiatives to drive footfall and increase sales, including visual merchandising, store events, and promotions

- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives effectively

- Conduct regular analysis of marketing campaign performance, provide insights and recommendations for improvement, and ensure alignment with sales targets

- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets that align with brand positioning and messaging

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in retail marketing, and incorporate them into the brand's marketing strategies

Reporting Structure:

- This role reports to the Chief Business Officer (Retail Division)

Job Specification:

- PG / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in retail marketing.

- Experience in the fashion and luxury industry is preferred

- Strong understanding of BTL marketing channels and techniques, including events, activations, promotions and collaborations

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, online advertising, and analytics

- Experience with in-store marketing, visual merchandising and events

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights, and make informed decisions to optimize marketing campaigns

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
