Roles and Responsibilities

Marketing related deliverables:

- Improve organic ranking

- Campaign management - improvement in ROAS, integration of our marketing calendar with that of partners, execution time, measure effectiveness & analysing marketing campaigns and optimisation of campaigns.

- Reduce inventory accumulation - DOH targets

- Catalog Health - returns%, conversion (sales/ impression), images live against each SKU

- Display - Optimizing the site keywords search & navigation to enhance customer journey

-[ Performing various experiments with design and content to increase CTR - Maintaining & monitoring performance reports- Impressions/Clicks & CTR

- Customer satisfaction score - NPS, Overall product rating

Analytics related deliverables:

- Top line: Reports on primary, secondary achievement and Market share; new launches performance report (Quantitative & Qualitative)

- Insights generation: trend analysis, Customer behavior, demographics, sales & geography analysis for own portal, insights on sales pattern across portals for teams

- OD Collection

- Reporting: sales vs. spends, stock information

Merchandising related deliverables:

- Tracking daily visibility on all portals

- Email planning for D2C & collaboration with partners for new launches

- Social media planning with internal & external partners to improve sales

- Integrating brand and portal marketing to improve sales and conversion

- Banner quality, CTA , Promotion planning

Required Skills:

- 7-10 years of E-commerce experience in ecommerce marketing, analytics and merchandising

- MBA in Sales & Marketing
