Key Responsibilities & Key Performance Indicators :
Marketing Promotions :
- Understanding the challenges for each location/store and accordingly devise a marketing plan to achieve the business targets
- Demographic and psycho graphic understanding of markets dynamics at airport/store level/city level
- Develop communication, creatives and other material by closely working with graphic designer / agency.
- Work closely with Category team, VM team to build synergies for each marketing initiative
- Work, train location teams to drive all promotions as per the plan. Prepare and share the process note with Location manager
- Monitor location performance and analyse the activities initiated. To share weekly analysis reports to improvise or change a promotion.
- Undertake consumer research and analyzing customer feedback
- Ensure quarterly and half yearly marketing calendar is prepared along with the team and implemented at the location
- Liaise with brands in planning promotions for locations.
- Drive company's loyalty program in all locations to increase enrollments and repeat purchase.
- Deploy best practices and successful marketing initiative across various stores
- Competition learning and analyzing their initiatives.
- Ensure quality execution by working with approved and qualified vendor
- Reduce the cost through effective planning and execution
- Responsible for keeping brand manual up to date and conduct Brand audits.
- Responsible for launches and events in the country
- Ensure company is active in all Trade events in country
- Responsible for initiating and maximizing PR for company in country Trade publications
KPIs :
- Increase Penetration, Avg bill size and basket size
- Effective planning & quality execution of Marketing and promotion calendar.
- Effective capture & analysis of consumer, marketing & promotional feedback
- Consistency & volume of communication elements and availability
- Increasing brand value and image.
Educational Qualification : MBA (marketing)
Salary: upto 10 LPA
