About our Client : Our client is a leading global premium retail brand with a significant presence in the India market. They are widely regarded as pioneers in the space, ad are renowned the world over for the innovative product portfolio. They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth plan in the India market, and are currently hiring for a Manager - Marketing, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.
Job Description : Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing the annual marketing plan for the brand in the India market
- Managing the brand identity and ensuring that it is represented in the ideal manner across all channels
- Managing all media, events, PR, sponsorship and consumer promotion events
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify key trends and patterns in the market
- Working closely with influencer groups to drive brand awareness at relevant touch points
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be a post graduate from top B school- 2011/2012 batches only and have experience in core marketing roles in the B2C industry.
- Prior experience of having worked on a premium retail brand is an added bonus.
- You will have a hands on approach towards your work, with the experience of liaising with senior stakeholders.
- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a analytical approach towards his/her work.
