- The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans in line with the business objectives for each business unit to attract new Customers and retain existing ones.
- The role requires the individual to lead our brand Development efforts, developing as one that is International, differentiated, and most importantly led by technical and domain depth.
- The individual is expected to achieve this goal by: conducting primary and secondary research (Market Research)
- Support Sales and Business units in developing in-depth content and thought Leadership material (blogs, white papers, presentations)
- Develop a brand architecture and guidelines; play a hands-on role in developing / creating presentations
- Disseminate high quality content through social media and direct marketing campaigns
- Be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand reflecting thought leadership through a wide range of offline and online channels
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
- Market research and value proposition enhancement
- Partner with the business leaders to translate business and industry goals into marketing goals
- Work closely with COO on the key Account Management program - Plan and Design impactful Marketing campaigns
- Create, Review or curate compelling content for multiple channels
- Help define/revisit campaign KPIs based on industry benchmarks and past campaign performance
- Help company leaders with their social (Twitter and LinkedIn) in terms of optimization and managing content Website
Qualifications / Work Experience / Skills:
- Strong experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of Integrated marketing and communication strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
- Knowledge and experience of Digital Marketing, Channel strategy, Social media promotion, and measuring ROI is a must
- Strong knowledge and experience of Visual design and communication for a "Consulting" like brand
- Experience of working with and managing PR firms
- Must have significant experience creating presentations - from ideation to storyboarding to creating them single handedly.
- Must be able to present ideas in a powerful manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Project Management Software); familiarity with Integrating various technologies to Support marketing efforts
- Advanced Designing skills - creative and innovate designing, following the Company style guide
- Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce.com or Analytical tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is a plus
- Ability to curate content for digital channels such as web, email, social media, intranet, etc.
- Excellent Program Management by asking consultative questions to understand needs and goals, challenges the status quo, provides innovative, impactful ideas, suggests alternatives and can articulate pros and cons
- Curiosity, creativity and innovate thinking
- Analytical - Ability to analyze, and present Data in intuitive graphical formats to draw meaningful insights for the business
- Good to have - Demonstrate a solid knowledge of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services, particularly within the Legal /Business Solutions Market
