Manager - Marketing - Real Estate
The purpose of this role is to develop and execute effective strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads, drive sales, and foster customer engagement, ultimately contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings, including both digital and traditional channels.
- Create and oversee the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, signage, and digital content (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns, website content).
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling property listings that highlight key selling points and attract potential buyers.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website maintenance, SEO optimization, and social media management.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing to ensure our strategies remain effective and competitive.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to execute marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing activities, results, and upcoming plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of branding initiatives to strengthen the company's image and reputation in the market.
Requirements:
- MBA Marketing ( Top B School )
- Excellent communication skills
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Marketing ( Preferred Real estate sales )
