Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to join a dynamic real estate company specializing in luxury projects. This individual will oversee and manage all outsourced agencies, ensuring they deliver comprehensive support to assigned projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Managing Director (MD), drive timely execution, and independently manage all marketing-related activities without a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with outsourced agencies to ensure full support on projects and deliverables.

- Monitor project timelines, follow-ups, and ensure work is completed ahead of schedule.

- Act as the primary liaison between the company, agencies, and the MD.

- Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to luxury real estate projects.

- Ensure seamless project execution through proactive communication and problem-solving.

- Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all marketing materials and initiatives.

Requirements:

- Male candidate with extensive experience in luxury real estate marketing and project timelines.

- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of working with Managing Directors, agencies, and luxury project clients.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Track record of delivering results in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
