Marketing Manager - QSR ( Quick Serve Restaurant )


This role is a highly dynamic and demanding work requirement to establish a high visibility to the Brand and invite major footfalls to translate into business and revenue generation in the QSR category.

The major responsibility would encompass

- Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement

- Primary goal will be to generate high-quality leads that can be converted into customers

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns

- We are actively looking candidate who has solid experience from QSR background ONLY.

- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns accordingly.

- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and impactful marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, videos, and infographics.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.

- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.

- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, media outlets, and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of marketing innovation.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure seamless lead handoff.

- Analyze, evaluate, plan and execute on both existing and potential marketing activities and strategies. Develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs (LTOs, Promos, LSM, Pricing and menu changes).

The desired candidate should be fitting in the following criteria and especially from QSR Organizations like Pizza Hutm KFC or Dominos etc

- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven work experience as a Marketing manager or similar role in QSR Industry.

- In-depth knowledge of QSR marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, marketing automation systems, and analytics tools.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
