The Marketing & PR Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and PR strategies that aligns with the brand's objectives and positioning. This role involves crafting compelling contents both visually & graphically in coordination with respective teams, managing PR relations and social media to reach and influence the targeted UHNI/ HNI Clients and Community.

Job Skills:

1. Deep understanding of Luxury marketing & PR strategies that includes Brand positioning & storytelling.

2. Should be skilled at effectively communicating and presenting Brand through print & digital mode.

3. Candidate should be good at content creation, organizing events, collaborations and exhibitions in line with Brand's overall marketing plans.

4. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop compelling marketing campaigns.

Major responsibilities:

Planning:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies highlighting brand's exclusivity, craftsmanship, heritage, and innovation to attract and engage UHNI/ HNI clients and community globally.

2. Plan, curate & execute immersive marketing experiences that allow UHNI/ HNI community to engage with the brand on a deeper level.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and effective messaging on all marketing platforms.

Marketing Campaigns/ Collaborations (Online & Offline):

1. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, events) tailored for UHNI/ HNI clients and community globally.

2. Utilize digital & social media platforms (Website, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with the targeted community & clients.

3. Analyze campaign performance and alter strategies to optimize results both offline & online.

4. Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, media coverage, and ROI.

Content Creation:

1. Create high-quality content that showcases the brand's craftsmanship, exclusivity, and lifestyle in co-ordination with internal teams or agencies.

2. Designing & writing compelling content for website, social media, blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and podcasts.

3. Ensure all marketing and PR materials are localized and culturally adapted for target UHNI/ HNI community & clients.

Public Relations:

1. Develop & Manage relationships with key National & International media outlets, journalists, publications and Galleries to secure coverage in relevant publications and platforms.

2. Representing the brand to Media, events, interviews and act as primary point of contact for PR inquiries globally.

3. Develop and design press releases, media kits, and other PR materials for National/International community.
