- Developing the market segmentation and the definition of the target customer, the insight and the value proposition segment and product wise.
- Assessing the brand architecture and positioning of various products in the portfolio and its variants and ensuring a consistent, engaging emotional connect and value-delivery across segments.
- Assessing brand performance vs objectives, developing insights, analyzing trends and potential opportunities and threats
- Developing and testing and evaluating alternative strategies to win to achieve business objectives
- Recommending and gaining organization alignment to a chosen strategy and the appropriate marketing plan
- Leading communication development designed keeping in mind customer insights relevant to the particular segment and ensuring timely execution.
- Ensuring effective execution of communication in all media - measuring, and reporting the results in a timely manner.
- Developing the CVP for the product and communicating it through the proper channels
- Ensuring that the marketing campaigns(Forums, Exhibitions & other brand building) are executed and strategies are in sync with the overall brand objectives
- Directing new product development projects with the R&D Department
- Interfacing directly with customers to better understand their needs and to gain product approvals
- Identifying prospective customers and positioning the Company and its products within their market
