Client is a leading bank in India.
Full-time MBA from Tier 1 college.
Must have:
- Candidates from the luxury segment will be preferred including the ones working for a Bank or NBFC division that caters to the super HNI customer segment
- Experience in developing marketing campaigns targeted to super HNIs
- Experience in managing a luxury brand
- Should have planned and executed small, medium and large scale premium events for the super HNI audience
Additionally, following skills will be required:
Campaign Development:
- Planning marketing campaigns
- Developing the proposition and implementing it
- Both product specific and season specific campaigns
- Online and Offline campaigns
- Event management
Budgeting:
- Planning the budget for the year
- Executing all plans as per resources
- Getting cost economies through negotiations
Collateral creation:
- Planning branch placement of product collateral
- Developing product collateral for branch placement
- Developing collateral for event participation
Analytics:
- Measuring online traffic on the website
- Usage of GA or analytics
- Campaign effectiveness evaluation
Vendor management:
- Design / Media agency management
- Marketing / Event agency management
Systems & Processes:
- Monitoring budgets
- Tracking bills and payments
- Adhering to all organisation and industry guidelines
