Core content of position :
- Develop design innovations that appeal to advertisers and readers of print media in the Hindi speaking market
- Design high quality creatives and designs for special features and advertisers options
Responsibilities :
- Establish marketing goals and plan based on strategy, market performance, forecasts and allocations Establish marketing goals and calendar of projects based on company's brand identity, and specific strategic requirements
- Take into account company performance in markets, needs in specific markets and budgetary allocations while developing marketing plan
- Develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels
- Work within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product
- Adjust marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback
- Lead, conceptualize and drive development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
- Lead implementation of projects - oversee content development, coordinate event planning and implementation
Experience :
- 4-7 years experience in B2B brand management and PR
- Experience with marketing across OOH, events, digital a plus
