Our company is an exciting new premium sneaker brand that combines innovative designs with exceptional craftsmanship. With a commitment to quality, style, and sustainability, we aim to become a leading player in the sneaker industry.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager with an MBA from a premier business school to develop and execute marketing strategies that will enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate revenue for our premium sneaker brand. The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in building our brand identity, establishing market positioning, and ensuring the successful launch of our products.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.

- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify target market segments, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

- Create compelling marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to engage the target audience and promote our premium sneaker brand effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and sales, to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

- Manage the brand's social media presence, including content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships.

- Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, marketing events, and promotional activities.

- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging platforms to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing objectives within the assigned budget.

- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and ensure brand alignment.

Qualifications:

- MBA degree from a premier business school with a focus on Marketing or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the fashion or lifestyle industry, preferably within the sneaker or footwear segment.

- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, branding strategies, and consumer behaviour.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing.

- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Passion for sneakers, fashion, and the latest trends in streetwear culture.

- Self-motivated and result-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
