Key Responsibilities:

- Influencer Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a robust influencer marketing strategy to boost JSW Paints' brand visibility.

- Influencer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, including architects, interior designers, and engineers.

- Campaign Management: Lead influencer campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring they align with brand goals and market trends.

- Content Collaboration: Work closely with influencers to create authentic, impactful content that resonates with our audience.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Channel Partner Engagement: Collaborate with dealers and contractors to gather insights and feedback on influencer-driven initiatives.

- Campaign Launch: Drive both on-ground and digital influencer marketing campaigns, maximizing the impact of our influencer partnerships.

Requirements:

- Educational Background: MBA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within the decorative paints or related industries.

- Strategic Insight: Strong ability to identify market trends, analyze competition, and provide strategic recommendations.

- Detail-Oriented & Creative: Keen attention to detail and a creative approach to developing and executing influencer marketing strategies.

- Proactive & Flexible: A proactive mindset with the ability to explore and implement diverse marketing strategies efficiently.

- Data Proficiency: Proficient in Excel for effective data analysis and reporting
