Marketing Manager - OTC with a reputed OSG/Ortho-aids company
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
The incumbent will be closely working with VP - Sales & Marketing to boost the overall equity of brands & build strong Marketing Communications. His/her role will encompass the below (but not limited to these points only)
1. Product/Brand Management and Development (Brand plans & launch)
2. Category understanding & Market Research for NPI (Non Rx category)
3. Influencer Marketing (OTC & Sports) Communication & customer conversion plans
4. Planning & executing ATL & BTL activities at brand/product level
5. Conceptualizing Marketing & Sales communications for brand awareness/ market development (Product booklets, brochures, danglers, teasers, banners, literatures leaflets, collateral content writing, dealer boards etc.)
6. Planning ATL/BTL Promotion Calendar and ensuring execution to its perfection
7. Competitors activities - monitoring, tracking & benchmarking
8. Regular field visits & meeting retailers & influencers to comprehend business requirement and understanding market dynamics
9. Brainstorming innovative and creative promotion strategies
10. Measuring and tracking performance for all brand initiatives
11. Training & development to Field force on Marketing Communications
12. Preparing business plan for every portfolio and ensuring profitability for each vertical
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
Functional Requirements :
- At least 6-8 Years of experience in brand management space
- Exposure with FMCG /OTC marketing is necessary
- Qualification - MBA (Marketing)
- Age- preferred below 35 years
- Excellent Communication & Co-ordination skills
- Strong Presentation & Power Point skills
- Out of Box thinker
