Candidates with 6-8 Years of experience in brand management space and exposure with FMCG / OTC marketing is necessary
- Product/Brand Management and Development (Brand plans & launch)
- Category understanding & Market Research for NPI (Non-Rx category)
- Influencer Marketing (OTC Products) Communication & customer conversion plans
- Planning & executing ATL & BTL activities at the brand/product level
- Conceptualizing Marketing & Sales communications for brand awareness/ market development
- Planning ATL/BTL Promotion Calendar and ensuring execution to its perfection
- Competitors' activities - monitoring, tracking & benchmarking
- Regular field visits & meeting with retailers & influencers to comprehend business requirements and understand market dynamics
- Brainstorming innovative and creative promotion strategies
- Measuring and tracking performance for all brand initiatives
- Training & development of Field force on Marketing Communications
- Preparing a business plan for every portfolio and ensuring profitability for each vertical
