Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process Design: Develop and refine processes for executing marketing projects to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
- Project Management: Lead and oversee marketing projects aimed at supporting and driving sales initiatives.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with stakeholders, including IT, Operations, and Sales teams, to ensure that project deliverables are met within specified timelines.
- Team Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively among distribution and sales teams to optimize performance and achieve marketing goals.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of distribution channels and marketing efforts at various levels (hub, area, state).
- Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive monthly marketing reports and telecalling summaries to provide insights and track progress.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in marketing operations or project management, ideally within a sales or marketing environment.
- Process Management: Strong ability to design and implement effective processes for marketing projects.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills with a track record of driving projects to successful completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Effective communication and coordination skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Performance Analysis: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing performance metrics and preparing detailed reports.
- Team Leadership: Ability to allocate resources and lead teams effectively to achieve objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing and project management tools, as well as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting reports and collaborating with team members.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or relevant certifications would be advantageous.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess performance metrics and develop actionable insights.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and work collaboratively across departments
