- B2B Marketing Manager - OEM/Manufacturing- Female only.
- As a Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in devising and executing marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, both outbound and inbound. You will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the Co-Founder and take ownership of the marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation (Outbound) : Utilize various channels including WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, and other B2B platforms to create and execute campaigns that generate high-quality leads for the demand team.
- Lead Generation (Inbound) : Develop and execute Bidso's content strategy to drive inbound inquiries.
- Buyer Delight, Supplier Marketing, Platform Marketing/Branding : Contribute to various marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing the Bidso brand and improving the experience for our buyers and suppliers.
- Team Building : As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building out Bidso's marketing team within appropriate timelines.
Qualifications :
- Experience : 3-6 years of marketing experience, preferably at an early-stage VC-funded company.
Skills and Competencies :
Must-Have :
- Experience in designing outbound campaigns for lead generation.
- Ability to design and execute content strategies to drive inbound queries.
Good-to-Have :
- Strong communication skills.
- High sense of ownership.
Tools and Technologies :
- Proficiency in various marketing tools and software (specific tools are flexible).
