Marketing Manager (New Initiatives)
Job Description -
MBA in Marketing with atleast 10 years of experience
Minimum 1- 2 Years sales experience.
- Must demonstrate outstanding Analytical skills and potential, developed within an FMCG environment
- Should possess thorough knowledge of the sales process and strong commercial awareness
- Monthly P&L review with action plan to ensure sales and profit target achievement with management team
- Marketing plan based on analysis of consumer trends, market growth and potential, competitor strategy and company scenario
- Consumer Interactions with R&D & Research team to find insights for concept / product / packaging / communication message development
- Packaging design / specification developments based on consumer research
- Responsible for the development and implementation of all ATL/BTL /Digital communication and Point of Sale strategy including close coordination with trade.
- Devising an online / digital strategy to build brand image among advanced users
- ROI driven Trial generation across consumer segments via schools, digital, salons, door to door, print etc
- Conceptualizing retail store front solutions to increase off take by channel - point of sale material, visibility
- Team Management within functional and cross functional groups
