We have an urgent requirement for Manager Marketing with one of our reputed client that deals into Medical Devices Coverage Area:_ India + APAC + Emerging Markets.

Job Description-

- Establish strategic direction and road map development project for first and future generations.

- Manage the upstream product development process interfacing with NPD on requirements and specifications, as lead commercial representative on the team.

- Create and manage financial model for proposed project.

- Ensure continuous alignment around project timelines and expectations between the executive staff, and key stakeholders involved in the project.

- Serve as lead commercial point of contact for all interactions with partners to ensure alignment of development deliverables consistent with the commercial portfolio strategy.

- Collaborate closely with all cross functional team members including NPD, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Regulatory, Clinical, ProfEd, Global/Regional/Country marketing, and sales to ensure streamlined processes for all steps leading from product development into commercialization.

- Develop commercialization plan and execute through full market launch.

- Continuously work to refine and institutionalize best practice processes to ensure operational efficiency in bringing products to market.

- Work closely with others in organization to develop, maintain, and grow relationships with key customers and KOLs as part of the innovation process.

- Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex and cross-functional projects required.

- Upstream marketing and/or business development experience in medical device industry needed.

- Experience in managing international product portfolios.

- Upstream marketing experience thru all phases of development to successful product launch.
