Key Responsibilities/Duties:

- Market Research, Analysis and Distribution planning.

- Market planning to ensure Identifying the right target audience, establishing a clear brand proposition for the channel and making the brand relevant & most preferred.

- Develop new markets by strengthening the key accounts network & brand building for the Distribution business.

- Formulation & strategizing of marketing communication activities, Events and Exhibitions

- Planning & Execution of ATL/BTL activities and Innovative marketing for the Distribution biz

- Budgeting, planning and control: Preparing Marketing budgets, measuring effectiveness of communication and monitoring & controlling the spends

- Conceive & execute marketing communications & campaigns

- PR and publicity for brands with Agencies/Media for 360-degree marketing, online and offline medium viz. TV, Print, Digital, Mobile, Outdoor and driving strategic media partnerships and Innovations.

- Internal and external communication to stakeholders; employees, colleagues, associates, media agencies, trade partners, industry forums, etc.

- Handling Corporate Communications; pre and post activity specific information dissemination, internal communication & integrated communication programs.

- Manage and motivate internal team and ad agencies, associates and vendors for effectiveness of delivery and execution of Marketing and Communication activities.
