Responsibilities include:
- More than just Marketing: Beyond the traditional understanding of advertising and promotions - should be able to connect the dots (every touch points with the customer) to make every experience with the brand consistent and positive
- Designing and Implementing Campaigns: Create, propose and implement key brand promotional projects (e.g. brand building programs for the properties, mailing drives, advertising/promotional campaigns, briefing documents for sales etc.)
- Semi-Product Manager: The job is not just to portray a great image but to ensure that the product is worthy of that amazing portrayal by working with other teams and providing them the right inputs at the right time
- Data driven and ROI focused: Measuring efficacy of campaigns vs targets achieved. Being a data first company, making sure that every dime spent is worth - every initiative should have a forecasting of the customers targeted and a detailed analysis of the actual customers converted
Primary Requirements:
- Prior Experience: 3-5 years of hard-core experience in Marketing roles is a must. Someone preferably from top marketing firms who has handled different types of projects - both big and small
