Client is disrupting the logistics industry by connecting customers and drivers directly through our technology. We offer customers a lightning fast and convenient way to book delivery and moving services whether they are at their home, at work or on the go. People talk about O2O, we live it.
As we continue to expand our marketing efforts in Mumbai, India, we are looking for a talented, strategic and driven Marketing Manager. The mission of this role is to plan, execute and measure the entire 360 marketing plan, from offline to online including integrated marketing campaigns, social, offline creative, PR, partnerships and events to ensure business growth for our users and drivers. You will own the end-to-end process of planning, creating, executing, optimizing, reporting, and sharing insights from campaigns that are being run across the city.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead local marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and fandom in generate leads and engage customers and drivers
- Position in a fiercely competitive environment to make the brand locally relevant and loved
- Lead the creative development, management, measurement and execution of local campaigns, working closely with agencies, HQ and other city teams to develop trackable, measurable integrated communication projects
- Lead the development of local events and PR to maximize cross-promotion & brand exposure opportunities
- Participate and leading locally in building the brand through owned and earned marketing
- Lead local extensions of global campaigns, working on special projects (stunts, guerrilla, content, digital innovation) that increase the relevance of in India and Southeast Asia
- Devise digital marketing programs ie. websites management, SEO, social media, content marketing and e-marketing campaign management
- Work closely with sales team to develop digital marketing programs for effective lead generation and customer relationship management and to track the effectiveness of the programs

What you'll need:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of related marketing in-house/agency experience, preferably with experience in local delivery & logistic industry.
- A curious, creative mind that can help us establish meaningful connections between SMEs (our potential users), users and drivers in India, exploring innovative ways to express our values and positioning when promoting the Client.
- Native understanding, rounded marketing professional with the ability to take marketing campaigns and project from beginning to end, including initiatives such as content, branding, campaigns, PR and social, combined with the skills to tell compelling stories for the India market through media agnostic ideas
- Deep local culture and SME business knowledge, capable of extracting powerful communication insights while creating campaigns that resonate with various target demographics and verticals
- Experience working in an ROI-driven organization
- Strong knowledge in digital measurement and tracking, SEM, display, paid social will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of analytics and BI tool such as Google Analytics and tableau will be an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Hindi is a must
